Can Spiritual Practices Be An Antidote to widespread Fear?

During this pandemic, we may feel disoriented with waves of anxiety or grief. As children, we may have heard Marvel comics remind us, “Never fear, Superman is here.” Superheroes don’t work in hard times, you think? So, what are current Quaker practices to help us feel connected to the one Source of Love? We will use some presentation, a few activities, and plenty of shared conversation on how we develop richness in our spiritual lives. This rescheduled program is one of several summer events on staying connected during Covid19.Facilitators: Jan Nisenbaum and Minga Claggett-Borne
