A Workshop with John Calvi
This time will be one of deep relaxation, calm quiet, and receiving tools to lift Friends up in these difficult times. John will offer tools from his background of work with trauma survivors to find deep quiet, to rest the body, and clear the mind of the noise of the world. There will be some quiet, some self-massage, and laughing. All are welcome, including part time attendance. Wear very comfortable clothes. We hope you’ll consider attending, especially if you are feeling a need for more healing and wellness right now.
