The Jewish Quaker group at Friends Meeting at Cambridge invites all participants in the Meeting community to our annual Passover celebration, called the Seder. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:15pm in the Friends Room. School age children are particularly welcome: this is intended as a teaching gathering. While Passover arose in Judaism, it celebrates the universal yearning for freedom and dignity. The ceremony will last about an hour, and will be followed by a potluck dinner. The dinner will not be formally Kosher but we ask that your dish not contain dairy nor leavened bread. Please RSVP and coordinate your food offering by contacting the organizer, David Anick, who can best be reached at email@example.com.
Listing Meeting events ONLY, not outside group events.
