Join us on January 5 as we explore the theme: “Old Befana Visits Family Worship”. We’ll enjoy hearing the Italian legend of Old Befana and then consider themes from the story as well as acting it out in costume. We’ll also enjoy singing together, eating a special homemade baked good and some waiting worship. Also, we invite everyone to join Old Befana in giving gifts on January 5. Everyone is invited to bring food pantry donations (non-perishable, unexpired food and unused toiletries and hygiene products). Families will distribute the donations and donation boxes will be available in the Friends Center and Meetinghouse foyer.

Typically the first Sunday of the month (October-June) children and adults gather in the Friends Room and on Zoom for a semi-programmed intergenerational worship experience. We will do introductions, sing, read a story and talk about it, play a game or have an activity and share a time of waiting worship. Join us!

You are cordially invited to share ideas about books and themes we might use in the future. You are invited to join the Family Worship Planning Group to help plan one worship or many. It’s a fun and collaborative process!

To participate using Zoom, click this link or provide the meeting ID 836 6770 9699 and passcode 794870 (if requested) on Zoom.com, the Zoom app, or after calling 1-646-558-8656.
