GUIDED MEDITATION FOR RELAXATION ONLINE
Jessica Ronalds, a volunteer on the Pastoral Care Team, has graciously invited anyone interested to participate in a time of Guided Meditation for Relaxation. These online sessions will take place on Mondays and Fridays from 1:30-2:30 pm. We will have the opportunity for brief check-ins, share in a guided meditation followed by a time of sharing. On Fridays, we listen to a pre-recorded meditation by Jessica.
