Friends Meeting at Cambridge is seeking a new Interim Maintenance Manager, starting around April 1, 2025. The Interim Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Staff & Administrative Manager and the Trustees Committee and be a welcoming presence to community members. Key responsibilities include managing routine maintenance, handling repair projects, and coordinating with contractors, staff, and community members. This role is expected to be a 20-hour-per-week position, plus some on-call availability averaging about 5 hours per week, with compensation being a two-bedroom on-site apartment. The apartment will not be available until April 1, 2025, but with salary compensation an earlier start may be possible until the apartment becomes available.
