Survey on State of Society, Response Requested by 4/2

Dear FMC Community

We really need your input into the annual FMC State of Society Report!! Each year Ministry & Counsel prepares a State of Society report that goes to New England Yearly Meeting. The report is intended to provide an opportunity to speak to the Spiritual and community “condition” of FMC. We have created an anonymous survey (link below) that seeks your perspectives on Worship, Witness and Community at FMC. With the results of the survey we will create a Word Cloud for each of these categories. A Word Cloud gives a visual picture of what’s important to our community by printing responses to questions in various sizes depending upon the frequency of answers. There are only 3 multiple choice questions in the survey and it will likely take only 5 – 10 minutes to respond. There is also one open ended question that you may choose to answer.

Please respond no later that Wednesday, April 2. We will be sharing results with you in the near future.
